Front Desk - This department includes the Receptionist, Check-in/Out and Medical Records.

Clinical Area - This department includes technicians and clinic nurses who assist the Doctors in working up the patient, routine and special tests, scheduling surgery, and assisting in surgery. They take care of phone calls regarding medical issues, medicine refills, surgery pre and post-op.
