People of all ages who require eyeglasses may be better served by wearing contact lenses. Some wear contact lenses to improve their vision, others for better vision while involved in sporting activities, and others because they feel they look better in contact lenses than in eyeglasses.

Our clinic provides a wide range of contact lens designs, materials and lens care products and has considerable experience in the fitting of the more complex lenses needed by many patients in utilizing computerized corneal topography.

Because contact lenses are medical devices placed on the eyes, they require expert fitting and careful instruction, as well as conscientious care and compliance with recommended follow-up appointments to maintain healthy functioning of your eyes.

In addition to eyeglasses, contact lenses can provide a safe and healthy alternative for correcting visual problems.

Prior to being fitted for contact lenses, a complete medical ocular examination is necessary. This exam will assess the good health of your eyes and rule out the possibility of any underlying condition which may prevent or complicate contact lens wear.
